The 500X pressure relief & Sustaining  valve is mainly used in fire protection or other water supply systems to prevent system over pressure or maintain the pressure of the fire water supply system. Turning off the fire pump can also reduce the impact of water hammer. Also used in water hammer devices in large water supply systems. In addition, a clean filter is installed at the inlet of the valve control system, which uses fluid characteristics to prevent suspended particles with larger specific gravity and diameter from entering the control system, ensuring smooth circulation of the system and enabling the valve to operate safely and reliably. The system has smooth operation, high strength and long service life.

Pressure Sustaining Valve Structural features :

The 500X Pressure Releasing And Sustaining Valve consists of a main valve, Pressure Relief & Sustaining pilot valve needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control take-over system. Utilizing hydraulic automatic operation, it can be used as both a pressure relief valve and a pressure maintaining valve. When used as a pressure relief valve, it can maintain the water supply line pressure below the set safety value; when used as a pressure maintaining valve, it can maintain the water pressure upstream of the main valve above the set value and maintain the water supply pressure upstream of the main valve.

This product uses hydraulic self-control, does not require other devices and energy, is easy to maintain, and has one valve for multiple purposes.
